Payments
Suites are offered week-to-week or month-to-month, paid in advance. Card payments carry a 3.5% convenience fee; ask the office about fee-free ways to pay.
Parking
No on-site parking. Several downtown garages and monthly lots are within a short walk — the office can point you to current rates.
Laundry
No washer/dryer inside the suites. A coin laundry room is on the 19th floor for residents.
Deposit — collected before check-in, refundable
A deposit of at minimum one full week's rate locks your exact room — rooms go to the first deposit received — and is collected prior to check-in. It is refunded after checkout provided there are no damages or missing items.
Guest screening & prior bans
The Exchange Building
reserves the right to cancel a reservation, revoke access, or deny service to previously banned guests and to anyone on an AOA (Authorization of Agency) or no-reservation list.

Occupancy & guests
All occupants must be pre-authorized and approved. No subleasing, and no additional people beyond the approved maximum occupancy for your specific unit. No parties, events, or gatherings.
Smoking & fire safety
No smoking anywhere in the building — a $200 charge applies as posted. Tampering with or falsely triggering a fire alarm or smoke detector results in liability for fire-department response fees and all related costs, plus immediate removal without refund.
Availability
Everything on this page is live, but final confirmation comes from the leasing office. If we can't host you as requested, we'll reassign you or return your deposit.
Move-in
Bring a government-issued photo ID at move-in. The office will walk you through building access and house details in your portal.
